Information
This portal is created by the Public Service Development Agency under the Ministry of Justice of Georgia for purposes of EU4Digital initiative to ensure the interoperability of electronic trust services. EU4Digital is European Union's regional facility which aims to bring the benefits of the harmonized digital market to the Eastern partner countries and supports activities related to the promotion and increased usage of electronic trust services.
EU4Digital delivers eSignature technical pilots which include the testing of cross-border eSignature interoperability between Georgia, Estonia, Ukraine and Armenia.
The pilot implementation is based on the Technical memorandum which describes the technical aspects of eSignature pilot activities, the options of interoperability levels and the common eSignature format. In addition to the memorandum, each participating country has also provided specific country profile. Country profile of Georgia includes information about Georgian eID, implementation approach and trust service information for validating Georgian eSignature.
